Client Goals: Repair mold and moisture damage and improve the climate control in this 500 square-foot, above-garage bonus room.
Our Solution: We tore everything out down to the stud framing, then built it back up with moisture protection and both open- and closed-cell foam insulation. Now it’s the most comfortable room in the house!
Additional aspects of the project included replacing the windows, hardwood stairs down to the kitchen and up to the 2nd floor hallway, and the built-in, wired nooks for the bed.
