The transformation began with the removal of a dark, cave-like shower and toilet room. After evaluating the surrounding structure, the GreatHouse team reclaimed space from an oversized chase to expand the shower and create a dedicated water closet, dramatically improving both flow and function. The reconfigured shower now opens into the main bath, with frameless glass allowing natural light to flood the space. At the bay window, a freestanding tub paired with an elegant chandelier creates a serene retreat, perfectly positioned for soaking while taking in views of the river beyond.
The vanity wall commands attention with striking accent tile, modern lighting and mirrors, and sleek slim-shaker cabinetry that brings a sense of refined, modern elegance. An underutilized linen closet was reimagined as custom storage cabinetry, seamlessly integrated into the design and more than doubling the bathroom’s storage capacity.
